Waldorf Salad

1 cup cubed apples
1 cup celery
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup whipped cream
Beat eggs; add sugar, lemon, and pineapple. Cook over low heat stirring constantly till thick. Set aside to cool. Just before using, mix one cup whipped cream with dressing and mix with celery, apples, and nuts.
