Vodka Punch
3 cups pineapple juice, divided
2 (6-ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 (33.8-ounce) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
1 lime, thinly sliced
Freeze 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice in a 2-cup ring mold or bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except lime slices in a punch bowl, stirring well. Add frozen pineapple juice and lime slices to the punch bowl just before serving.
