Vegetable Stuffed Meatloaf

Stuffing:

1 16-ounce can mixed vegetables, drained
1 egg
2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs.

Meat Mixture:

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine meat mixture ingredients. Spread half in ungreased loaf pan. Spread stuffing over meat. Smooth remaining meat mixture over stuffing. Bake at 375 44-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with catsup.
