Vegetable Soup

1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen sliced okra, thawed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans, thawed
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, pressed
3 (5.5-ounce) cans no-salt-added vegetable juice
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable broth concentrate
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker
Cook, covered, at HIGH 5 to 6 hours.
