Turkey Tortillas

1 pound sliced turkey breast
1 16- to 16 1/2-ounce jar salsa
6 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
5 slices Cheddar or Muenster cheese (each about 1 ounce)
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped red or green pepper (optional)

Cut turkey-breast slices into long strips. In bowl, combine turkey with salsa.
Arrange 1/6 turkey mixture on each tortilla; roll up. Place tortillas, seam-side down, in 12" by 8" baking dish. Cook, covered, on High 3 to 4 minutes until filling is hot.
Arrange cheese slices on tortillas; cook on High 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
Top each tortilla with 1 teaspoon sour cream; sprinkle with green onion and red or green pepper. Garnish with jalapeno pepper slices, if desired.
