Tropical Watermelon and Pineapple

1 watermelon (about 24 pounds), quartered lengthwise and cut in 1-inch-thick slices
1 large pineapple (about 3 1/2 pounds), quartered lengthwise, cored and cut in 1-inch-thick slices
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut (4 ounces)
1 cup granulated sugar
3 limes, each cut in 8 wedges

Arrange watermelon and pineapple slices on a large serving platter.
Put coconut, sugar, and lime wedges in separate bowls. Serve alongside.
