Tangy Drumsticks

8 chicken legs
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

Cut skin on chicken diagonally at 1/2-inch intervals.
Combine mustard and next 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and squeeze to blend. Add chicken; seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan, and drizzle evenly with reserved marinade.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until done. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp.
