
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
4 medium nectarines
1 medium cantaloupe
1 pint strawberries
1/2 pint blueberries
Watercress sprigs for garnish
In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, milk, honey, and almond extract until smooth, scraping bowl frequently with rubber spatula. Pour dressing into small bowl.
Cut each nectarine into slices; discard pit. Cut cantaloupe lengthwise into quarters; discard seeds; cut off rind. Cut each cantaloupe quarter into wedges. Rinse strawberries and blueberries under running cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
On chilled platter, arrange nectarine slices, cantaloupe wedges, strawberries, blueberries, and cream-cheese dressing in bowl. Garnish salad with watercress sprigs.
