Sesame-Ginger Chicken

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Vegetable cooking spray
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
Garnish: chopped green onions

Stir together first 4 ingredients.
Coat food rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350 to 400). Place chicken on rack; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done, basting often with sauce mixture. Garnish, if desired.
