Pineapple Bake

2 (20-ounce) cans sliced pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cups (8-ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup round buttery cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Drain sliced pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
Place pineapple in a lightly greased 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar, and flour; pour over cheese. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, and sprinkle over flour mixture.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with turkey, ham, pork, or chicken.
