Personal Pan Nacho

1 small corn tortilla (6 inches)
1 tablespoon grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese, not packed
1 chopped seeded plum tomato
1 to 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno chile
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray a small frying pan with nonfat cooking spray. Place over medium heat and add tortilla. Sprinkle cheese, chopped tomato, and chopped chile over tortilla. Cook, covered, until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
