Perfect Pumpkin Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 425. With mixer, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pie spice. Pour into crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
