2 cups packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
4 cups pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease large cookie sheet; line with kitchen parchment or foil. (If you use foil, you'll get a crisper, lacier cookie.)
In large bowl, with wire whisk, mix brown sugar, flour, margarine or butter, baking powder, salt, and eggs until blended. Stir in pecans.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart, onto lined cookie sheet. Bake cookies 10 minutes or until lacy and lightly browned. Transfer parchment or foil with hot cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with remaining batter. (Parchment or foil can be used again after cooling)
