1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 4 equal pieces

In small bowl, combine all the spices and herbs. Coat the salmon pieces with spice mixture evenly on all sides. Arrange in the corners of a large, shallow square or rectangular microwave-safe dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Microwave, still covered in the dish, on high (100 percent) for 3 to 5 minutes or until just cooked through. Carefully uncover and serve.
