Microwave Baked Potato

4 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper
Butter
Wash and dry potatoes. Using a dinner fork, pierce the potatoes all over. On a microwave-safe plate arrange the potatoes in a circle. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Remove from microwave oven. Wrap each potato in foil. Let potato rest for 5 minutes to finish cooking. Using a pot holder, squeeze potato to see if it is done. If done, cut a slit in the foiled potato. Push the sides of the potato so the potato bursts the slit open. Butter and salt to taste.
