Macadamia-Mocha Brownies

2 cups finely ground graham-cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped unsalted macadamia nuts
3 heaping teaspoons instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
(6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Confectioner's sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix graham-cracker crumbs, nuts, coffee powder, vanilla, milk, salt, and chocolate chips, stirring until blended.
Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool slightly; and, while still warm, cut into 2-inch squares.
Dust with confectioners' sugar.
