Kentucky Derby Tartlets

36 frozen mini phyllo shells
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup bourbon
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Arrange shells on a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chocolate mini-morsels into shells.
Stir together pecans and next 4 ingredients. Spoon evenly into shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days, or freeze up to 1 month.
