Hot Cranberry Punch

1 (48-ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup water
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple juice; return to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer the punch 5 minutes. Serve hot.
