Herbed Olive Oil Dip

1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
2/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup olive oil

In food processor, with chopping blade, process basil, walnuts, parsley, cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until finely chopped. With processor blades whirling, slowly pour in oil through the feed tube until mixture is well combined. Transfer mixture to jar; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, spoon some dip into serving bowl. Serve with chunks of bread or vegetables, if desired.
