Ham-and-Pea Pasta Salad
8 ounces uncooked small shell pasta
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby sweet green peas, thawed
1 small purple onion, diced
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise Dressing
1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Sauté ham in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Toss together pasta, ham, and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Mayonnaise Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoons seasoned pepper
Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
