English Trifle

1 large package vanilla pudding
1 large tub whipped topping
1 loaf pound cake or 1 1/2 packages ladyfingers
3 kiwi fruit
1 nectarine
1 2-pound can sliced peaches

Mix pudding according to package directions. Fold in 1/4 of whipped topping. Chill to set. Slice pound cake and cut each slice into quarters. Cut 2 kiwi fruit into slices; reserve other for garnish. Drain canned peaches well. In the bottom of a large glass bowl, place a layer of pound cake, a layer of peaces, and half of the kiwi fruit. Cover this with a layer of pudding (use half the pudding). Repeat these layers one more time. Garnish the top with whipped topping, reserved fruit (kiwi fruit and sliced nectarine). Chill about 4 hours.

*Dip fresh fruit in lemon juice. Any fresh fruit can be used.
