Easy Broccoli Casserole

2 (16-ounce) packages frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

Combine broccoli and broth in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spoon over broccoli.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Rotate dish and microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes.
