Commissary Barbecue Nachos

1/2 pound chopped barbecued pork shoulder
1 (10-ounce) package tortilla chips
1 cup Hot Cheese Dip
1/2 cup commercial barbecue sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno peppers

Wrap meat in foil; heat at 300 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Place tortilla chips on a large platter. Pour Hot Cheese Dip over chips; add chopped meat and barbecue sauce over top. Sprinkle with jalapeno peppers. Serve immediately.

Hot Cheese Dip

1 (16-ounce) loaf process cheese spread
1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes with chiles, undrained

Combine ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Serve warm over tortilla chips, vegetables, or baked potatoes.
