Broccoli Casserole

1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 16-ounce jar cheese whiz
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
Fry celery and onions in butter until tender. Boil rice in water until tender (do not add salt). Add cheese and soups to celery and onions. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Mix all three mixtures together. Put in greased casserole and bake 30 minutes at 375.
