Bean-and-Hominy Soup

3 (15.8-ounce) cans great Northern beans, undrained
1 (15.5-ounce) can hominy, undrained
1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
1 (11 1/2-ounce) can bean with bacon soup, undiluted
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel yellow corn
2 cups water
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon dried cumin
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaves; sprinkle each serving with 2 tablespoons cheese.
