Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

1 (1 1/2-pound) package pork tenderloins
3 cups hot water
2/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste
6 hamburger buns
Place pork on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; add 3 cups hot water to pan (to prevent drippings from burning).
Stir together ketchup and next 4 ingredients; divide sauce in half. Reserve half of sauce to toss with cooked pork.
Bake at 475 for 15 minutes. Turn pork and brush with remaining half of sauce; bake 15 more minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160. Cool slightly. Coarsely chop pork and toss with reserved half of sauce. Serve on buns.
