
1 pound ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cups (8 ounces) SARGENTO 4 Cheese Mexican Recipe Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 cup picante sauce
12 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Toppings: salsa, sour cream, lettuce
Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, stirring until beef crumbles. Remove from heat, and drain.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and next 3 ingredients. Place 1/4 cup beef mixture just below center of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides of tortillas over filling, forming rectangles. Secure with wooden picks.
Place on a baking sheet; coat with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 425 for 8 minutes; turn.
