Baked Beans

3 bacon slices
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 (15-ounce) cans pork and beans
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside.
Sauté onion in hot drippings in skillet until tender. Stir together onion, beans, and next 3 ingredients in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake beans at 350 for 1 hour.
