Artichoke Chicken

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 chicken breasts
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup mushroom sliced
1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup Sauternes

Dredge chicken in flour and spices. Brown in butter and oil. Add onion and saute. Add broth, simmer 20 minutes. Add mushrooms, artichokes, and Sauternes. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over yellow rice.
